Narrow Boating in Camden Town and Regents Canal, London.
Spending the day narrow boating was like time travel, clearly waxing from the 1960’s to the 70’s and 80’s. The Vanity Fair, outdoor bands, family groups, cyclists, tourists and recreational walkers, all enjoying each others company schmoozing the market stalls, parked vessels, dancing, eating, food stalls and suburban housing that cluster around the canals along with pubs, restaurants, village greens and paths. Overall there is an up sense of joy, that it’s a great day to be out in this English Summer.
I think it rates singly as the most enjoyable outing or day out I have ever spent during my 15 or so visits to London. I highly recommend this delight!
